Can I see the vehicle before buying online?
Absolutely! Before sealing the deal online, our savvy sales crew will give you a virtual tour of your chosen vehicle. Plus, every vehicle passes our strict quality tests before hitting the spotlight. Head over to Beck Evans Quality.
How can I test drive a vehicle I buy online?
Sure thing! If you're picking up your vehicle in person from our spot in Kent, take it for a spin before driving away. Opting for doorstep delivery? You can give it a test drive upon arrival. And don't worry - you've got a 14-day window to return the car if it's not your speed.
Do I need an appointment to visit Beck Evans?
Yes, indeed! We work on appointments only to give you VIP treatment. That way, we can focus solely on you and your requirements. What if my vehicle is not what I expected or has issues after purchase?
No sweat! You've got 14 days to let us know if the car doesn't meet your expectations. Whether you collect it or we deliver it, we've got your back. We'll sort repairs or a refund, if you've done over 100 miles, there will be a small mileage charge. Further details will be included in the T&Cs.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery's on us for the first 50 miles from our Kent HQ. Beyond that, a per-mile fee kicks in. Chat with one of our sales specialists to get a quote.
Is there an administrative fee?
Yes, an administrative fee is applicable to our services. The details are as follows:
Standard Fee: £175 - This covers:
- Quality inspection conducted by a Beck Evans technician.
- HPI Certificate.
- Full valet and sanitisation.
- A minimum of six months MOT.
- Arrangements for road fund licence and cherished plate.
- Provision of new number plates.
- At least £10 worth of fuel.
Fee waiver for returning customers: If you are returning within 12 months, the standard fee is waived entirely.
Retail customers using external finance brokers: Customers utilising a finance broker outside our official panel of lenders will incur a fee of £350.00.
How do you ensure finance-free vehicles?
Every vehicle is HPI checked, giving you peace of mind that it's finance-free and clean of any past owners' debts.
Where do your vehicles come from?
We handpick our vehicles, sourcing them from auctions, dealerships, manufacturers, and even our own customers' trade-ins. Rigorous checks prep them for the road.
Do your used vehicles come with a service history?
We provide available records, even though some might be missing. Our nearly new cars may not have a history yet.
Do you check vehicle history?
Absolutely! We HPI check every vehicle. From finance status to accidents, we've got the info covered.
Do you offer vehicle protection insurance?
For extra peace of mind, we offer full protection products, including asset protection, paint protection, wheel & tire cover, interior protection, and extended warranty. Ask our sales team for more.
