Is your showroom open?

Although our showroom is closed, we are continuing to offer the usual high levels of service, just from the comfort of our own homes. You can speak to our highly skilled and friendly sales team by email, telephone or message. They will guide you through the process to ensure that you get the right car and the best deal.

Can I reserve a car online?

Yes, you can reserve a car you would like for only £99 online. This reserves the car for you. To reserve a car within a car specific page, select 'Click to reserve'. We will then contact you to discuss the options available to you.

How far will you deliver?

We are now offering nationwide delivery, free within 150 miles.

How do you guarantee a contacless delivery service?

The interior of the car will be disinfected as will keys and any documents and our delivery agents will be wearing PPE and maintaining social distancing.

How will I get an understanding of the quality of the car?

Video calls available. Our expert staff are on hand to offer a video call where they will guide you around your vehicle of choice. No robots here, we're real people with many years of experience.

What if I want a test drive?

We hope you will love your new car. Normally at a dealership, you get a few miles test drive, with Beck Evans you get 7 days and up to 150 miles. If it's not for you for any reason you can return the car and receive a full refund.

What if I get a problem with my car during lockdown?

We offer a nationwide warranty with European breakdown cover for up to 3 years for you to use, our workshops are also available for our customers to use.

How can finance be arranged?

Arrange remotely with our panel of lenders offering very competitive deals for both cars and commercials.

Can key/ essential workers come to site?

We can meet key/ essential workers at our site by appointment only, making sure we adhere to social distancing.

Will my car be prepared properly?

We are working to government guidelines which allow us to continue to operate at our preparation centre, your car will be prepared to our usual high standards.

How will you price my part exchange?

We will request the information required to offer a professional remote valuation. We will complete a physical check at the point of handover.
